As we love online shopping and hate shipping fees, all our orders come with free tracked worldwide shipping. Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email which includes your very own tracking number.

Yes, all orders require a signature. However, by using our tracking link provided to you at time of delivery you will be able to make alternative arrangements if required directly with our courier partner.

We want to make sure your parcel reaches you in the same sparkly condition as it leaves so our studio so all of our parcels are fully insured.

What are your estimated delivery times?

All our jewellery is made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks. For a more accurate estimation, please contact us.

Our returns policy couldn’t be simpler. Try your piece on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send it back, you have 10 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return provided you have your receipt. We love what we make and we want you to love your piece every bit as much.

Our Cosmic Family Ring, Remodelled and Bespoke Jewellery cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of these products.

Absolutely, as long as the piece is within the 10 days, it is no problem to exchange your ring for the right size. Please contact us to get your exchange started.

In the event that you would like to return your piece we offer a 10 day return policy from date of receipt. We will refund you as soon as the piece arrives to the studio. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. The item must be returned in the condition it was received. To arrange a return please contact us.

I want to exchange my piece?

We are always sorry to hear that a piece is not right, however with our 10 day exchange policy getting the perfect piece couldn’t be simpler. To arrange a return please contact us and our team will take care of your exchange once it arrives in studio. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed from the day that it arrives in studio.

Do you cover return postage cost?

In cases of a piece being faulty we will of course cover the cost of any return postage, this is processed in the same payment manner as the original order was made. This takes place once the returned piece arrives back in our studio. We do not cover the cost of postage for change of mind.

Can I return my custom made piece?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders
